To ensure fast and safe delivery we work with recorded delivery services. They require a phone number, so please provide one for an exact delivery date and time slot. Please do not forget this to avoid delays!

In the event of damaged delivery: reports about damaged arrivals or lost packages after delivery must be submitted within a maximum of 24-48 hours from the registered moment of delivery (as stated in the shipment tracking information). In-time reports can be filed as claim with the transporter involved, this will ensure entitlement to a suitable solution on behalf of the transporter’s insurance. Any reports arriving after 48 hours are no longer eligible to file as insurance claim.
Return Policy
Vinyl records are excluded from returns, due to the fact that a record will show traces of being played as soon as the needle touches the vinyl. This makes it no longer possible for us to sell the copy again to another customer as it's no longer in mint condition. The only exception to this are records where there's clearly a manufacturing error applied, like a mispressed label or something else. Please do get in touch if the latter is the case.
